Our story

Hi, I’m Angela, a certified CPR instructor with a passion for helping others feel confident and prepared in moments that matter most.

My journey into CPR instruction started with a simple realization: most people want to help in an emergency—but they don’t always know how. After witnessing firsthand how quick action can save a life, I felt a deep calling to make CPR training more personal, practical, and empowering.

What began as a desire to teach a few friends and family members has grown into something much bigger. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of training individuals, parents, teachers, coaches, and professionals—giving each of them the tools and confidence to step in when it counts.

I believe CPR isn’t just a certification—it’s a life skill, and everyone should feel capable of using it. Whether you're learning for work, for your family, or simply for peace of mind, I’m here to make your training clear, hands-on, and tailored to your needs.

Let’s make sure you're ready—not just certified.

Our history

I’ve been a certified  CPR and First Aid instructor since 2021. My path into life-saving instruction began with a deep desire to make a real difference in my community. After working in healthcare  I realized that too many people feel helpless in emergencies—not because they don’t care, but because they’ve never been properly trained.

That insight led me to pursue formal CPR certification and eventually become an instructor through American Heart . Since then, I’ve trained hundreds of individuals across in the Baytown/Pasadena/Crosby/La Porte/Houston area helping people of all backgrounds learn the skills and confidence to act in critical moments.

Over the years, I’ve continued to expand my training services, offering personalized classes for individuals, families, and businesses. Whether it's preparing a new parent, coaching a teacher, or training an entire office staff, I take pride in creating a calm, clear, and supportive learning environment for every student.

My mission is simple: make CPR training easy to understand, accessible, and meaningful—because every person trained is a potential life saved. I teach classes in English and Spanish
